Whats the difference?

both are the same mouse. sometimes they dont include all the details in the description

Wired and wireless means that it can be used with or without wile wired means you can not disconnect the cord

because someone decided they wanted to make a whole new page for a product. It really doesn't matter, and they're the same product. If one of them says that's it's shipped from and sold by amazon, then you should get that one.
