So i`ve been working on putting together a list of parts for a PC recently.

The PC will mainly and most of the time be used for gaming on games such as Battlefield 1, Tomb Raider, Assassins Creed etc. Basically any of the newer games out now, and coming in the future. I would like the PC to be able to run games in 4k if needed.

I might use it for some video editing here and there but nothing really heavy, i won´t be editing anything over 1080p for example. I will be using it for occasional photo editing and some graphic design, again, nothing heavy.

My budget is preferably $3500 and anything below, that can do the same amount of work for less money. I do live in Norway, so my list of parts is put together through a Norwegian site. This is mostly because of my budget and the fact that shipping and import fees will ruin me if i was to use Amazon. However if you can name me the parts or link them from Amazon i will get them in Norway instead, or find a way to skip the import fees and such on Amazon.

I will be using 2 of these monitors, and i might be getting a third monitor which would be 4k, but that`s in the further future so not really something to count in right now.

I do have accessories such as Keyboard, headset, mouse and mousemat all ready to be purchased. If you do have any suggestions on what i can change there, feel free to let me know.

SSD: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-850-PRO-2-5-Inch-MZ-7KE2T0BW/dp/B010QD6RX4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479933541&sr=8-1&keywords=Samsung+850+PRO+2TB+2.5"+SSD

Preferred Case: https://www.amazon.com/Noctis-Tower-CA-N450W-W1-Glossy-white/dp/B00VX1L25C/ref=pd_sbs_236_3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=NFZTQTHSKRB3WKYWV51X

I would prefer it if the case could be something to show off a little, doesn`t need to be that special, just something stylish. But if it doesn`t work with the rest it doesn´t really matter too much:)

All in all this sums up to $4.724 US Dollars on the site i`m using (Just a usual tech shop in Norway). However i`m sure there are parts i could change out for something that fulfills my needs for less money seeing as i`m no expert.

I`m planning on buying most parts on sales and it would most likely be holiday sales like Christmas, and sales like Black Friday. I might not have all the parts bought by the time summer is here again, so i guess that`s something you can take into consideration.

Thanks for any answers and i`m interested in seeing what you all can help with:)

The motherboard and CPU are not compatible. You have a Z170 motherboard that takes the socket 1151, but the CPU is on the 2011 socket, therefore incompatible (You need a X99 Motherboard or a CPU on the 1151 socket). Also if you are mostly gaming, a 6700k is cheaper and faster, it will be plenty for light editing (On the 1151 socket, and i5 would be fine TBH). I wouldnt recommend the founders edition, higher cost for lower performance over custom designs.

So if i go for 6700k instead, will that CPU fit in the current motherboard or will i still need X99?

Why would you use that AIO? High end is better and quieter than 120mm AIOs.

You can use that motherboard, its on the same socket. Just look for the type of socket for the MOBO and CPU (If you want to save more money, an i5 would also be fine).
