Hey guys, I resides in NYC and wanted to build a gaming/programming pc for a long time now. My initial budget was about $1200 USD but I would rather invest a little more to make my pc somewhat future proof. This will be mainly for gaming and a little bit of programming like Android Studio, Netbeans and stuff like that.

Here is the link: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/8F4jNN

Here is the list just in case:

CPU:  Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor

COOLER:  Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

MOBO:  Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

GPU:  Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory

MEMORY:  Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

STORAGE:  Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

                     Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

CASE:  Corsair Carbide 400C White ATX Mid Tower Case

POWER SUPPLY:  EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

MONITOR:  Asus VG248QE 24.0" 144Hz Monitor

Please let me know what you guys think of the build. Not so sure if the case would be good for good cable management because I will try to hide the cable as much as I can. The total for the build is fine with me as long as it works for few years.
