I currently have Sennhesier HD598's plugged into a FiiO Amp and Dac; I want to also listen to the audio for my blu ray player via a 3.5mm pass through in my monitor (as my blu ray player only has a HDMI port and no other connections) Any suggestions for a mixer I can use that allows me to listen to both simultaneously without sacrificing audio quality.

You're already sacrificing audio quality by using analog passthoughs. :) So don't worry. What you need is called HDMI audio extractor

I mean from my PC sacrificing audio quality; my blu rays can sound okay as it is just in the background. Will look into the audio extractor though. But still do you have any recommendations for mixing the two sources?

Of course. Somehow I figured you'fd be using the FiiO for mixing but it doesn't do that, does it? I'm using some 5-year-old generic crap I got for like 12€ and I've been happy with it but I'm kind of hard of hearing so I wouldn't probably know any better anyway. Take a look at the listings at Thomann.de. I don't know if you've heard of them but it's basically an online store for musicians and other audio pros.
