Gigabyte customer service

I'm thinking of getting either a gigabyte g1 gaming or and evga sc gtx 1080. I know about the evga customer service reputation (also know about the overheating VRM problem), but I wanted to know how reliable gigabyte products are, and how their customer service is.

Woah, ok calm down. New PC builder and I'm just trying to get as many opinions as I can. Thanks for the link though

actually I'm reading through the things right now cuz I'm new to the tech things as well. I started in June but stopped for a few weeks cuz of a couple of big exams that came up but now I'm back. When I browse through this forum, I do the research along the other newbs just so I could learn more, u should try it's fun  and I've learned a lot of things of this forum though usually I come here only if I  need the public opinions or I could find anything online

Ok fine. And I am doing my own research, but I also wanted some public opinions. So I don't really get the 'Do you own research dammit' thing

Evgas is the best in the industry. Gigabytes is ok.

Wander if that warrants getting the SC over the g1 gaming video card

I have the g1 and I love it. I have no experience with EVGA so I can't really give good insight.

I have experience with evga's water-cooled GPU's and Gigabyte's air coolers cards

The new G1 cooler is amazing and very very good.
