Another Problem....

Hello, I recently posted about some crashes at this link

I thought I finally fixed it with lots of help. But when I started it today the mobo splash board (asrock) stayed on that screen for a little while (very noticeable) so I restarted and it did the same thing but I can still get onto my pc fine and everything but this worries me.
