no, reference RX 480 with the plastic blower cooler is a piece of shit...it overheat and trottle...do not buy that.

If you overclock the GTX 1060 it will then be faster than RX 480...and it's very easy...if you plan on overclocking the card, i would tend to go with the 1060 because it overclock more than the 480.
