PC suddenly slow

Hi guys need help with my pc it has suddenly gone slow in the games I play
I dont really play new games and instead play left 4 dead 2 and Skyrim
Both games used to run max at 60 with no problems but have suddenly gone down to 30
When idle my pc is on 50% cpu usage and on games its 100%ish

I also see that the vram usage is quite low

Both cpu and gpu were cleaned 2 months ago and were fine until yesterday

And help would be appreciated

Do a memory test and check for any memory errors.

50% on idle seems a bit much. Go into Task Manager -> processes and see if anything's using up all your CPU. Some antiviruses which run in the background can be very CPU-heavy, or it could be some useless piece of bloatware or malware. Download Malwarebytes and run a scan.
