I was planning on purchasing either the MSI Gaming H110 LGA1151 or the MSI Gaming M3 B150, but the H110 no longer ships to my location and the B150's price changed by around $20USD. I've also had a GTX 1060 6GB costing only $248 USD change so that it's not able to ship to my address and force me to downgrade to a GTX 1060 3GB.

With the extra cash I'm saving I was thinking that I should buy a Z170 motherboard so that my system will be more easily upgradable, anyone have any recommendations? If you think I should just get a cheap LGA1151 motherboard, then feel free to suggest what one as well.

(All suggestions have to be found using this link that should hopefully ensure that all items have free shipping to Australia)

My budget for a LGA1151 would be around $60 USD ($80 AUD) and for a Z170 around $110 USD ($150 AUD)

Don't bother with Z170, you won't need it if you won't overclock. Also, I highly recommend going with a GPU with at least 4GB of VRAM as some game now are using over 3GBs easily.

It's an extra $86AUD for me which makes it so that my budget for my motherboard is extremely tight.

You can get the cheapest LGA1151 motherboard with USB 3.0 headers and that'll be fine. You don't need an expensive one.

So you think that this would be good enough, and not bottleneck or ruin any parts?

Motherboards can't bottleneck or ruin parts. Also, use http://pcpartpicker.com to make lists. Also, what PSU will you get?

Motherboards can bottleneck systems, it's very rare but possible if the FSB is slower than the CPU/Primary memory. Anyway, this is my parts list, I'd like to keep it around $1000AUD.

RX 480 > GTX 1060

In some cases even RX 470 > 1060

Cheaper, better drivers, better at compute, equal power efficiency

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

FSB..? Technology has advanced since then, and motherboard do not bottleneck anything.
