Adobe premiere elements will not open.

I recently got Adobe Premier Elements and the program doesn't open. I get a white box when I try to open it. Specs: R7 250, A6-5400k, 8gd3 HyperX Savage RAM. I just reinstalled Windows 10 so I know it's not that. Steps I have taken: reinstall, installed QuickTime, downloaded vcregist_x64 2013. WMP is working as well. Anything would be appreciated.
