This is plenty good for streaming and gaming. Included a 1440p monitor in case you only had a 1080p one. Really need more details to give a more specific build

This is a strict budget on a PC, no peripherals, monitors. Nothing.

Just the PC. I do have a request that each build use a certain Case and that is the Corsair 400c White Edition $99.99
