chromecast problem!

So my phone for some reason has started to connect to the chromecast in the livingroom without me doing anything. so I'll be watching a YouTube video and my phone vill just start streaming to the chromecast without me doing shit. please help, it's verry annoying.

Completely uninstall both the Google Cast / Home App from your phone, along with YouTube and any other apps that are auto connecting.

While they're still uninstalled, also perform a factory reset on your Chromecast by holding down the reset button for 7-10 seconds. Reboot your router too.

Once reset, re-download the Google Cast / Home App from the Play Store and setup your Chromecast again. Then install YouTube and see if it still does it.
