Ring Ratio settings.

I'm not entirely sure what the Ring ratio is supposed to be but I have my main CPU clock running at 4.6Ghz and the ring ratio running at 4.3Ghz and it seems to be running stable and cool. Are there any disadvantages to this or do any of you have any tricks for getting more of a OC out of my i7 4790k
