Headphone Recommendations Needed!

Budget >500

Dac - FiiO E10K

Music - Trap/Edm/Instrumental/Rap. I honestly will listen to anything, I just prefer those categories. I do like good bass however.

Style: These will be at my desk, so open back is fine.

Comfort is important.

I have done some research, and taken a look at the threads here, and on Hi-Fi forum but I can't decide. I had the Phillips X2's for a while, and loved them. They were comfortable, the signature sound was awesome, just good all around. I broke them and switched to the AKG K7XX, like them, more of a side step, but I want an upgrade. I have been looking at the HiFiMan HE-400i, and the HD650's as I doubt I will be able to get my hands on the 6XX's. I also think the Oppo PM-3 are an option, but I do have the Bose QC35's , for travel.

@monjanger Bass.... custom one pros, accuracy and comfort and more natural sounds and little bass k7xx(should be noted these shit on bad audio) k7xx are also open backs so you will hear surroundings and they will hear you and custom one pros are closed backs. Both vastly different headsets but i enjoy and have both and a fiio e10k
