New pc, runs slow

Hey, i got this new pc

Specs

Gtx 1070 evga ftw acx 3.0

i5 6600k

1tb hdd 

500gb ssd

Z170 Pro gaming

Hyper evo 212

750w psu evga

--

Windows 10

--

It runs minecraft at odd fps ( I used mc as a test )

And csgo it runs at low settings at 150-200 ( My friend with a 1060 runs 500 at high)

Does anyone know a fix, I build this pc this week and I just installed drivers and steam and I get this problem...

I mean.. are you sure you're GPU is working. But it's not very easy troubleshot this situation on low-stress games like mentioned

Minecraft limits the frame rate to the refresh rate of your monitor when Vsync is enabled.

 

Disabling Vsync will reduce graphics quality, but should show results similar to your friend's computer.

I've the common settings enabled and disabled (vsync off, max fps unlimited etc) I will run some benchmarks as comparison later.

My graphics driver is not approved wat?
