I have a laptop, so I'll probably play on the laptop screen and use the other one as a secondary screen then ^^

to be honest I have a TV, and I play on it. Nothing wrong resolution though might be a problem, PC and TV's don't like each other and wont go to a full 1080p. However most TV'susually have a fast response mode or game mode which helps refresh rates.

I see. The TV is kinda old (2010), so it might not have any game mode. If I buy it and play on it, I'll most likely disable all the features that might slow me down.
