Werid gpu usage spikes

hey when i play bf1 i get these werid gpu usage spikes i have no clue and i have tried everything to fix these

specs:

i7 3770 k oc to 4.10

gtx 1070 founders 

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Can you post a GPU-z wide, expanded of background sensors of 30 seconds gameplay in this particular map?. 

Maybe you are one of those VRAM stuck at minimum cases of the new driver.

In the other hand, 

The huge drops into the 20's are paired with a 95%+ CPU usage. So in this case could be a CPU bottleneck, but i believe it's not ONLY that in this case. Hence the request for GPU-z screenshot.

it happends on any map and now im noticing its on any game ill go get the gpuz thing rn but ive never used it

I'd reinstall drivers. Does it happen without recording? Not sure what's happening here.

id reinstalled my drivers 3 times now and it happends when i dont record aswell

Try Jump back 1-4 driver back I think it will help

whats the specific driver ? but wont that mean that i wouldnt be able to play as you are required to have the newest drivers ?

Shouldn't most games use 90%+ of your GPU? I think it's either a power, voltage or thermal cap that's limiting your performance, try maxing out your thermal and power limits in afterburner or something and running at 100% fan speed. If the aforementioned doesn't work then it may be an issue with your card. Is this issue only in battlefield 1? If it is then it may just be a badly optimized game.

it happends in a few different games my card was fine and i only started to get these after i put it in my new case which makes no sense my power limits and temp limit is set to max already the problem is that the gpu usage drops which results in low fps

Guys I remember a guy have the similar problem:

frame rate spike plus gpu spike too but I can't remerber how to solve the problem.
