Thats actually very good

 

3 suggestions though:

 

1. Get an RMx PSU, the CX line arnt that great

2. Coolermaster Mastercase Pro 3 case

3. Get an aftermarket CPU cooler, so much better and quieter than the stock Intel one

this is a budget build, at $966.14 Canadian. not including the windows 10 product key. I don't want to spend any more

The power supply is fine since it's the revised edition. You're referring to the older models that possessed a green label.

The CXM Grey label units are good quality,
