Bluetooth Speaker recommendations?

So i need a CHEAP and LOUD portable bloothooth speaker for my car. Ill be using it to listed to pod casts and stuff like wan show during my commute to work. It really needs to be loud because the car I'm using it in is old as hell and my wife hit a yellow post on the drivers door so it doesn't fit right and makes tons of wind noise... I don't want to wear headphones while I drive, I have a HTC M8 but i cant hear those speakers unless I'm going 5mph and I have a dell speaker DELL AD211 but its only a little bit louder than my M8 and I cant hear it on the highway. 

 

I was thinking of THIS but I'm not sure it would be any louder than the dell...
