Also, if it did actually fry the drive, I would take it out of the system immediately.

Like 60 % sure.when i boot pc it cant find hard drive amd ive checked all connections

That may be caused by your SATA mode setting. It is possible for your BIOS to have reset when changing out the PSU. Try booting with AHCI mode if it is currently in ATA or RAID mode. Another thing to check also is booting in UEFI mode VS Legacy.

A good way of checking is to make a Linux live CD/USB key and boot off that. If it sees your drive, you know that at least it isn't fried.

 

EDIT: Definitely remove your GPU though just to be on the safe side...

When in doubt, re-format.

Thanks all for the advice but I finally figured it out. When the people put the computer together the first time they badly bent the harddrive sata plug so when i unplugged everything i ended up slightly breaking the connection to the PCB. So i just had to but a new on PCB and everything works just fine.
