I wanted to water cool, and i may come across 3,000$ USD.

Should I change some watercooling parts, and I know I'll need fans, I'll get noctuas.

Its good component wise watercooling IDK never done it before.

Well if I had 6000$ I'd watercolor everything possible because skill. Duely noted.
