Grammar, please :)

Your friend's card might be quieter because they have better airflow in their system and thus the GPU tends to run cooler, thus less fan noise. They might have a custom fan profile set so that the fans don't come on until the GPU is really hot. You never know. I'd be willing to bet your really rather solid XFX PSU is not the source of the problem.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Perhaps the system is just warmer?

what do you mean it also  get very loud when her was not

There's so many variables that could be at factor, however I can promise it isn't your PSU.

No idea what you're talking about, but I don't see how sound dampening would affect temps. I wouldn't worry about it, your temps are normal (unless the noise really bothers you)

yes noise realy bother me

I don't think those are as effective as a case designed for quietness, but I could be wrong. Replacing the GPU's a bit extreme though. You could get Afterburner and make a custom fan curve, the card would run a little hotter but quieter.

try it is close to the max temp

what is good case to get and how to sell the old case
