I5 3470 bottlenecks

Hello all. Looking to buy a pc with and i5 3470, because it's a full build with os for 140 pounds and I was wondering whether or not I should buy a gtx 1060 3gb or gtx 970. I would appreciate it if any of you could tell me what kind of bottleneck I'll be getting and if it matters the pc comes with 8gb of ram. Thanks in advance.

It will be fine with either card.
