Debug led code 19

So 19 is a South bridge early initialization thing. What is causing this? And how do I fix it? I can't boot my pc with this code.

It's not the same board and not the same debug code

your probably right but with no info on mobo in OP kinda tied my hands answer wise

Well do you have any idea what early south bridge Initialization  is?

try ...

removing superfluous items/parts eg spare hdd soundcards even gfx and use onboard gfx etc leaving basic functional computer

1 stick ram per time

reseat gfx card

and let me know if it boots

I've tried that multiple times and with two different types of ram but to no avail

also reset bios disable overclocks

your pc boots in a certain order:

 

early southbridge initialization parameters were not passed correctly

 

check all cable attachments usb ide etc....
