Need Help With Wanhao Duplicator i3 2.1

Guest

I bought myself a Wanhao i3 mk2.1 and when doing my first bed level i found that the bed and nozzle had a small (around 2-3 gap). The wingnuts on the bed are as low as possible and the z axis switch is as low as possible, but the nizzle is still too high.

Realy need help.

thanks

The wing nuts Probsbly need to be extended, can you post a picture of the bed assembly and the Z auto home switch? Also what does "2-3 gap" mean? Millimeters? Inches? Feet? Miles?

Perhaps the end stop lever switch was attached backwards? Probably not the issue, but maybe.
