Cheap windows key at g2a or kinguin for around $30. I have that monitor and the color is bad. I would not get it. No IPS, No 144hz nothing. Just mediocre 1080p

damn I did the same one :L I prefer using microsoftwareswap from reddit personally but yeah, kinguin is kinda dodgy but as long as you get there guaranteed buyer protection you will be fine.

This is sitting a little closer to $1200, but you're looking at ability to upgrade. Plus, you can take about $200 off if you already have a monitor and speakers. Also, this takes a few rebates into mind... Hope I could help! :)
