PSU?

So i'm building a small form factor case with my node 202. I put everything in properly and when i pluged in my power supply which is a corsair sf450. It turned off all the lights in my room. i reset my fusebox and it does it evertime whether i turn it on after i plug it in or not. im assuming this is because of my power supply. Any suggestions on what i should do

You most likely are connected to circuit that is rated for less than your pcs and light draws.  Try moving to an outlet on the other side of the house.

I already ran my pc from this outlet though, and my original PSU is a 600w compared to the newer one which is 400w
