The ASUS Maximus VIII Hero's PCI-Express X16 slots are spaced so there are two expansion slots' width apart from each other.

 

You need a 3-slot SLI Bridge (60 mm).

You don't need to get a HB SLI Bridge directly from nVidia.

ASUS, MSi, EVGA, Gigabyte, etc, all have their own custom looking ones -- just get the one that matches your build / looks go to you.
