Hey all, having a weird issue that I've had a difficult time troubleshooting - hoping one of you can help.

I've been having an issue recently where after doing anything strenuous on my graphics card, I get weird artifacting almost immediately after I stop using the card (ex. Played Titanfall 2 for 3 hours perfectly fine, and as soon as I went back to the desktop, the issue occurred). At first I thought it might be an issue with my overclock, so I disabled Afterburner and tried again, but same deal. I tried unplugging the HDMI cable from the main monitor and the display switched to my secondary monitor (DVI) without any issue, but when I plug the main monitor back in, the artifacting comes back. The only way to return the computer to normal is to reboot.

I've tried driver reinstalls, reinstalled my OS, tried another graphics card in the same PCI-E slot (other card worked fine) and I'm at my wits end. I've added a video demonstrating the problem as well as some relevant specs below.

OS: Windows 10/OS X El Capitan Dualboot (GPU works fine in OS X, have never had any issues - only in Windows)
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 (Corsair H60 Cooler)
RAM: 16GB Kingston PC3-12800
GPU: MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC
PSU: Corsair CX750M

Latest Radeon drivers.
Various Noctua case fans - system temps stay below 55C on the CPU and 75C on the GPU under load.
