CS:GO Constant Ping Spikes

Every time I play CS:GO, I get ping spikes. My ping is usually around 60, so I think my internet speed is fine. However, every 30 seconds to a minute I get a huge lag spike. It goes from 60 to about 150, and it lasts for about 10 seconds. This happens every time I play the game, at least a few times every round I play. I've tried unplugging and re-plugging in my router, and I still get them.
