Slower boot times since changing computer case.

Hey guys, I just changed my case just recently from my NZXT Phantom 410 to an S340. I noticed the boot times went from 5-6 seconds to 12-15 seconds. Is it because my motherboard is trying to read the new I/O devices on the case? Regardless, I plan on reformatting soon just to keep everything refreshed. Any ideas why the boot times might have changed? I use a Samsung EVO 500GB SSD just incase that affects anything.
