So in my class we are witting a eassy on anything and I'm writing on computers.i need help finding a good introduction to my eassy  a good hook as he calls it and after the hook some background knowledge so I'm just looking for a good few examples of a good hook

As he pondered the difficult question at hand, he decided it would be best to ask some strangers he calls his friends to do his homework. "I know to produce a high quality essay, I must engage the reader early on. As such, I ask said strangers on the website LinusTechTips, what is the best way to begin an eassy.?" The strangers begin to brainstorm ideas, but little do they know, their efforts will never come to fruition. Because no one, not even the strangers, know how to begin an eassy.

But then, out of the blue, a dark shadowy figure starts typing. His face lit from the blank white screen in front of him. His fingers furiously flowing across the keys of his mechanical keyboard, the tapping echoing against his basement walls. Desperately he searches the internet looking for a hook to write an eassy. He recalls his many years of experience in the world of computers, furrowing his brow with the old memories that have resurfaced. "Never again" he thought to himself, as he attempts to push the memories from his mind. His attempts ultimately prove unsuccessful. "No!" he thought, pushing his chair forcefully away from his computer and into a large laser weapon shaped object behind him. "I shan't put myself through this." But the feeling of dread was there. He knew he couldn't control himself. He had to write the eassy. Anxiously, he pulls his chair back under him and slowly sinks down into it. He takes a look around him, wondering if he'll see these walls again. He rests his fingers gingerly on his keyboard, slowly typing "./Activate" His finger hovers over the "enter" key, and with a final sigh, falls with the ever present "click" of the button.
