Chill last loading time

I just bought a gaming pc from chillblast and we opened it up and turned it on and it has been on the loading screen for an hour. How long do you think it will take to finish

Any modern pc should not be on Windows load screen (assuming windows) for nearly that long

Even a semi modern i3 could format a hdd, install Windows and boot up from scratch in less time.

I would call them. Although they may just tell you to reboot but Imo you shouldn't have to on a fresh system that was tested. It's also possible something got loose in transit

That looks like custom Win10 loading screen. And it shouldn't take more than 30mins on first setup. Contact their customer support. Also check that there aren't any switched on I/O that might have turned from default position.
