I've got 4 780s. You can see in the picture that they show up in the Nvidia control panel.

 

You can see in the other picture I have card 1 plugged into 2 and 2 into 3. I thought this would work for 3 way plus one on PhysX. However the control panel is only allowing me to configure it as 2 way. What am I doing wrong? I would use a hard bridge but the cards are all different height ...SC, Classified... etc.

A 3-way sli bridge has to connect al three cards. see the picture

I reccomend just using the 3-way hard bridge, I think it looks better anyway.

So you're running standard pcb with custom pcb?

Cant do it with those cards like he said. Regular sli bridges would be the best option.
