I want to buy a new laptop and this is in my budget. I know it is old, and by the time it breaks down I will probably be recovered financially to buy a new one.
Also, if I upgrade to 8GB RAM, can it play CSGO? I dont play it right now, but still. Also, Unturned, Minecraft, etc.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834260713

It probably has intel HD 3000 graphics, so no! It won't be able to play minecraft and CS:GO well unless you are welling to turn down a lot of settings even on those simple games and deal with lower framerates.

No, my dad once had a 2nd gen i5 laptop. It cant even run minecraft at decent framerates. The experience was horrible.

It might have had a bottleneck. I have experienced bottlenecks before with an 1.8 - 2.4 GHZ Quad Core APU being held back by 800mhz 4GB RAM.

I don't think this is worth it, even for Minecraft. You aren't going to get decent framerates. Keep in mind that the CPU is only a 2nd gen.

Main System: Phobos

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (8C/16T), ASRock B450 Steel Legend, 16GB G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 3000MHz, AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB (XFX), 960GB Crucial M500, 2TB Seagate BarraCuda, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations/macOS Catalina

Secondary System: York

Intel Core i7-2600 (4C/8T), ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3, 16GB GEIL Enhance Corsa DDR3 1600MHz, Zotac GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB, 240GB ADATA Ultimate SU650, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

Older File Server: Yet to be named

Intel Pentium 4 HT (1C/2T), Intel D865GBF, 3GB DDR 400MHz, ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB (HIS), 80GB WD Caviar, 320GB Hitachi Deskstar, Windows XP Pro SP3, Windows Server 2003 R2
