For mother board Asus z170-a is a good buy since it's the same quality as the deluxe just minus a couple features and it's a solid board for ocing too.

Main PC:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600  | GPU: RTX 2060 | PSU:  | Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200Mhz 16GB | OS Drive: Western Digital Black NVMe 250GB | Game Drive(s): Samsung 970 Evo 500GB | Motherboard:  | Case: Fractal Design Define R6 | Monitor(s):  | Keyboard:  | Mouse: Steelseries Sensei 310

NASUS (NAS)

CPU: Intel Xeon X3440 | Motherboard: Super Micro X8SIL | Memory: 16GB DDR3 1066Mhz ECC UDIMM | HBA: Dell Perc H200 (Flashed to IT Mode) | Drives: 3x 16TB Seagate Exos x16, 2x 6TB Seagate Enterprise, 1x 6TB WD RED

RENEKTON (NAS)

CPU: Intel Core i5 4570TE | Case: Fractal Design Define S | Memory: 16G DDR3 1333Mhz SODIMM | HBA: LSI 1068E (Flashed to IT Mode) | Storage: 4x 3TB Hitachi, 2x 3TB WD RED

thanks man that mother board was one i was thinking of but will thenocture DH-D15 fit on and help the 6600K

You'll also need some DIMM DDR4 RAM. I'd advise 16Gb, in a 2x8Gb full desktop size stick configuration. The board will fit it, it's the case that might not, you'll need a large full tower for that cooler and preferably low profile memory. It will keep that chip cool, VERY well.

^What he said and try not to buy ram with high frequencies.... that really doesn't matter past a certain point... like 2400 mhz ram is good enough for any and everything

so if i get a case that fits the asus z170-ar motherboard the 6600K and the nocture fans and 16 gbs of ram it will all fit and work niceley  Ps does the ram have to be low profile

The Noctua DH-D15 is a very large cooler, memory interference is a major concern on most boards, but by playing with DIMM slots used and fan mounts, it can be fit in with high profile memory but it can be difficult especially for anew builder. I'd advise low profile simply because it is easier, and you don't even need the heat spreaders on RAM unless you want to overvolt them to the point they'll die in a week anyways, it's mostly for looks. Noctua should have a list of cases that the DH-D15 fits in, but you can alwats compare the height of the cooler with the max height of cooler towers that fit in your selected case. You'll also need a PSU and drives if you haven't thought about them.

Do you know how tall the cooler is

According to their website, Without fans the cooling is 160mm, with fans the height isn't too much more, but an extra 20mm of clearence as a general rule of thumb for getting the side panel and margins of error are advised. Something like a Corsair Obsidian 750D will easily fit it if you want a vertical case.
