Getting: Intel Core i7 3930K 32 GB G.Skill Ripjawz Asus Rampage IV Extreme GTX 690 4GB Corsair AX1200i (PSU) Asus Xonar Essence STX Need a perfect cooling solution for cooling both CPU and GPU. Please Suggest!

air / water, budget? (or even case cuz it sometimes can be difficult for compatibilities)

If you had gone for 2 680 instead of a 690, you could have chosen a card with better cooling from the start,

and saved the extra cooling expence there.

For the CPU, the Swiftech H220 with other fans, and you could extend it to the 690 with a GPU block for that one.

Sorry for the few off Capital letters in my posts, it does it on its own when I Write in English, since my OS is in another Language. It's annoying.

With the limited info provided and no knowledge of skill set you have 3 choices. First off name a case.. all of your cooling water and air depend on a case choice.

Option 1: Corsair H110 with Noctua fans and let the 690 air cool. or H100i depending if the h110 doesnt fit your case.

Option 2: Swifttech H220 with a EK water block for 690 extra hoses and radiator and fans(depending on case).

Option 3 Full custom loop if w/e you want.

My opinion if it fits in your case go with option 1 as it sounds like you may or may not have any experience in this.
