it's the stock cooling I can't remember what it is though.

Is the CPU overvolted? and what CPU are you using? 

 

You might want to look into something like the Coolermaster 212 EVO if you just wnat the CPU cooled down

This belongs in Air Cooling, but yeah. The EVO can tame that no problem.

Coolermaster 212 EVO would be a good choice, It pretty inexpensive and will do a good job cooling your CPU down.

in your bios settings there should be an option to change the rpm of the fan ber degree, sometimes it's set on 0.75% per degree, maybe you should change it to 2% per degree, worked for me

thats a bit tall order on a FX processor... with stock cooler xD
