Good, Yet Cheap IPS Panel

So, I don't plan on buying them anytime soon, but I am still on the lookout. I want a nice looking IPS panel, preferably something Asus, BenQ, etc. Nothing that not everybody has heard of. I also want it to be 1920x1080. I would go for a higher reolution, but I don't think that my 7970 or my wallet would like that too much :D Hopefully you guys know of a IPS panel, that is 1920x1080, that is below $200. But I am not sure if that is possible.

Edit: Oops, I forgot to mention, that I would like it to be between 24" and 26"

The ASUS VS239H-P is a great IPS monitor, and only $170 right now.

EDIT: I just refreshed and saw that you want it to be bigger than the one I posted, I did a quick check on PcPartPicker and the cheapest 24" IPS I could find is the ASUS VS24AH-P for $230
