silent but cheap

hi i have a fx 4130 cpu i need as cheap as possible but silent cooling for it what whould u suggest

no more then 20 euros

 

 

i looked at this one CPU COOLER SLIM SILENCE A-PLUS or the 

Xigmatek

and here come 500 people saying hyper 212 evo

its not $20 but nothing that is $20 is worth $20..

edit; just get the 212 evo, you could use it on the next pc/cpu you get and keep the stock cooler for when you sell the fx4

just yesterday you were getting help form me and now you're an expert.

the 212 uses a 120mm fan so will be quieter, cool better and has a much better mounting system than that 92mm budget tx3, its not a bad cooler but the evo is a better option overall.

... Are you talking about the vapor chamber thing? Cuz that I had no freaking clue about. I just know that for the price, the TX3 is a great cooler, as is the EVO. I modified my backplate on my friend's LGA 775 computer, and it cooled his P4 Extreme Edition no problem.
