Farcry 4 issues on PC

Issues on farcry 4, I think the PC port is  not optimised well. Anything other than SSAO produce pitch black shadows, during night time sometimes nothing is visible, TXAA and MSAA is broken and cause some flickering when turned on, nvdia god rays just seem to apply a warmer yellow filter , soft shadows do not work, fur seems to be static, mouse controls are buggy, and the audio just disappears in the middle of the game and is not resolved until I restart the PC. If anyone know how to fix these issues, please help. The game otherwise is awesome. I m playing it on gtx 1070, so it should work fine as the developers claimed to have worked with nvdia to implement some amazing visuals, but I don't see any if these.
