Windows 8.1 Computer Sleep Problems.

When i try to put my computer to sleep or shut it down using windows the screens go off but the HDD'S and fans  keep on going.

Is this somthing to do with the sleep states in my bois

OCZ Vertex 3 120GB x2 in raid

1x 500gb drive

2x 250gb drive

1x 60bg drive


AMD Radeon 6950 Unlocked to 6970

have you tried .turning off ( stay connected ) in the control panel power settings

Are you running/have installed Virtualbox by any chance? Windows 8.1 did the same with me and apparently it is a common issue.
