No shit sherlock. what would you do if you were cleaning up a PC and found some Randomly named Text documents and some weird Program you dont know what the hell its for.

I would google the problem. maybe backup the system, then delete the file.

You can use a program called CCleaner to remove temporary file and internet cookies. Although admittedly not as good as looking at the files. If it where a virus then your anti-virus software would have picked it up.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Should mention - I don't run any antivirus software that does live scans, takes up WAY To much resources on my Potato-laptop.
