Custom Tiles for Start Menu

Hey,

Dose anyone know a good program for making custom tiles for windows10?

I tried Pin More from the windows store.

Its good but i cant add programs like steam or chrome, only games, webpages, documents and folders.

Or maybe there is a way to fix it so i can add chrome?

i can pin chrome with no problems? i can pin anything to be fair i just tried with photoshop and illustrator just find the program in your start menu and right click and press pin to start.

i think theres a app that does that i know there was on windows phone so.
