They only have one qpi link so one cpu per motherboard.
And there is also the cost of 4 cpu coolers, and multiple cpu power connectors, making the value of them even less worth it. And then Intel would be losing money, why would intel make basically cheaper i7s when there is no competition to them, They would be loosing their profits.
