So as Christmas nears we are all looking for devices that while they are somewhat luxury, but more importantly the person whom we are gifting to will find the device useful in some way. I am currently looking at a gift for my sister who is a mother of two, and as anyone who knows a mother with an iPhone, she can fill that thing up fast with pictures and videos of the little rug rats. But she is... not the brightest bulb in the shed... So what are the easiest to use devices with a mobile that can store plenty of data and doesn't break the bank. The budget is about 150 USD. I recall Linus once reviewed such a device but it was decently expensive. She does not have a laptop or desktop to use a conventional USB HDD but if I had no other option I suppose using one of my devices to back up the photos once or twice a week isn't too bad. Ideas?

P.S. I did consider a Dropbox and she isn't very good with passwords and she could fill up 100GB in a few months.
