okay I already have a acer predator x34 and now i want to add two monitors on the side and make it a triple monitor setup.I don't want to spend too much money but I also don't want a bad monitor
(I want it to be an Ips), after looking around a bit i narrowed it down to two monitors the LG 27MP77 and LG 27UD68P.
The MP77 is a 27" 1080p monitor, and I realise that 1080p for a 27" monitor isn't ideal, but the fact that i am using them as side monitors to mainly cover up my peripheral vision and occasionally open twitch or vent on may not be that bad.
The UD68P is a 4k monitor with freesync (not that it matters to me i have an nvidea card). My only concern is that two 4k monitors sandwiching a 1440p ultrawide may not look that good. maybe i could downrez it 1440 p and get some extra refresh rate?
*Could someone tell me what the LG 27MP77's refresh rate is? looked a bunch online couldn't find it for some reason.
*Also right now I I'm using a GTX 980ti I plan on getting the GTX 1080 soon but there are rumors about the 1080ti so i want to hold on for a bit. could the 1080 power two 4k monitors and a 1440p ultrawide?

I would assume that the 27MP77 is a 60hz display but some cinema panels are 120hz or have some wierd software that gives the illusion of 120hz. Might not be the best monitor for gaming and such. Not sure if you mean gaming with the 2 4k and the 1440p with the game on all screens or just having the 4k on the side. But the 1080 will struggle hard with 2 4ks and a 1440p monitor. I would wait for hardware to catch up before you do that. If you really want to do that the only solution to get good framerate is to get 2 titan XPs.

I'm not sure what you mean by this, so I'll comment on what I think you meant: downgrading the resolution doesn't allow you to have a faster refresh rate. Either an LCD can do it or not.

It has to be at least 60Hz, but it's probably 60Hz

Yes. It's trivial for a GPU to handle 4K resolution on the desktop. I have an Intel GPU driving my 4K monitor.
