Hmmh. A few things you should know to help you make an infirmed decision. Firstly, you need both ends of the Wi-Fi to support AC1300. You gain absolutely nothing if you don't also get an AC router, and very little if the router ins't AC1300 too. Secondly, I believe AC1300 is a type of connection, not a specific card. It's a subset of the IEEE 802.11AC standard.  For instance, Asus PCE-AC56 and USB-AC55 support AC1300. Just so you know, to enable the 1300Mbps speed, you have to disable the dualband function and only use 5GHz.

Thirdly you should think about what it is you want off of your Wi-Fi. AC and other connections that utilize 5GHz band are faster than the ones that use the 2.4GHz band but they get less range and are more subject to interference. The 1300Mbps WLAN won't make your WAN any faster. It'll enable you a faster connection to other computers in your local network but the connection to Internet won't be affected. And all the while you'd be risking loss of range by utilizing 5Ghz over 2.4Ghz. Hope you can see, how it can actually make things worse.

It's not to say that those cards aren't quality cards. You might just be wasting money unless you go all in and invest in an AC1300 router too.

Maybe some nice socks and underwear? Or replacement bulbs for the ceiling lights. You want to have that stuff handy before you need it.

Regarding the Wi-Fi card, i you're not going to provide more information there's no way to suggest anything. You might as well get the Asus AC-1300 with dual band.

your router can only support 1 data stream (with 1 antenna) over the 5ghz band, if mu understanding is correct (according to: https://wikidevi.com/wiki/ASUS_RT-AC52U ), which means you can only get a maximum theoretical wireless throughput of 433mb/s - so, it really doesn't matter which card you choose, anything will do as long as it supports AC.

If you want a 'future proof' purchase, in case you also upgrade your router/ap, then i'd go with @Naeaes's recommendation of the PCE-AC56 (or a higher end model, depending on your budget).
