Ubuntu Wont Install

So i made a post right before i installed Linux mint onto my laptop. Linux mint installed just fine and i used it with no problem for a little over a week. Today i wanted to switch from mint to Ubuntu. I made a bootable USB and went through the installer (about 5 times) with no luck. after the computer reboots and i remove the USB my bios says "no bootable device found". I have already tried to manually format and partitioned the C drive with no luck. Bottom line is Ubuntu will not install!
