Windows 10 "A media driver is missing..."

Hi, I just built my new computer and I am trying to install windows 10 onto an SSD. I have used the microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable ISO and have managed to get to the "Install now button". Once I press this button a message pops up saying "A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD, DVD or USB flash drive with the driver on it, please insert it now. Note: If the installation media for Windows is in the DVD drive or on a USB drive, you can safely remove it for this step." Help?

Are you using a usb 3 port?

I have tried with both USB 3 and USB 2

I would try recreating the installation usb drive in case something didn't work right the first time

I actually used the media creation tool to write the bootable usb drive, should i have just created an iso and then created the usb drive using Rufus

Thats shouldn't be any different. Microsofts tool is designed to be the easy way. But you should still try it again from scratch. Format USB and run bootable installer creation again. Have you been able to format selected drive without issues?
